I have bought something off etsy from this boutique and it has been nothing but hell. I told them to cancel my order and just refund my money because it took to long and they just sent the order anyways. Well I don't have the order or my refund I've been asking for and have messaged them about 15 times with no reply. Don't recommend this place at all!!!
ReplyDeleteSame here waiting to get my stuff for 2 months now. I can't get a hold of them I just keep getting back the same email saying allow 24 48 hours for a reply, but you don't get one. The suspenders are never going to make it in time for the wedding and now I just want my money back but I can't talk to anyone. I'm not sure hoe you can run a business like this and stay in business.
